About Up Property

PHP and WordPress upgraded under a live property site without breaking its templates.

Maintenance and platform update for a property group’s WordPress site running PHP 7.3 and a WordPress release that no longer received security fixes. We audited the custom theme and plugins for PHP 8 compatibility, upgraded PHP to 8.3 and core to 7.0 on a staging clone, updated plugins and themes, and tested forms, tracking and the flexible page templates before deploying to live.
